Shotts Tots Learn to Play Hockey Program

Shott's Tots is an on-ice youth Learn to Play hockey program hosted in cooperation with the National Hockey League, USA Hockey, and local hockey rinks and organizations.

The program consists of six (6) on-ice sessions designed to provide kids ages 5-11 a risk free introduction to the sport of hockey.

For an incredibly low cost of $299 each child receives a set of equipment (including skates) to keep.

There is an equipment fitting form to help us provide gear from PURE Hockey and the NHL. This fitting form will be in your registration confirmation email. We will assist in a gear fitting before the first on-ice clinic to ensure all parents and children are aware of how to dress the new hockey player.

The Matt Shott Arizona Hockey Legacy Foundation and local rink's Learn to Play instructors teach the classes. We will be including special visits from Coyotes/Jets Alumni.

At the program's conclusion, parents are given information on how to skate and play hockey programs for their nearest rink!

In an effort to help spark the growth of youth hockey across North America, the NHL, USA Hockey, and Hockey Canada have worked together to fund head to toe equipment for kids to KEEP in conjunction with the Shotts Tots Hockey program. Each set of equipment includes everything your child needs to get started pads, socks, hockey pants, shoulder pads, elbow pads, helmet, skates, jersey and a stick (straight-bladed).
